How do I request a grade report?
AHIMA offers grade reports for courses completed after 1/1/2016. The fee for all reports is $20.
A Grade Report includes the following information:
To submit a request for a grade report, email online.education@ahima.org and provide a phone number and the best time to be called for payment information.
How do I obtain a certificate of completion when I finish an online course?
AHIMA is no longer a partner with American Council on Education (ACE) for transcripts.
When you complete and pass an online course, you will have an option to print a CEU Certificate for your records.

How long do I have access to an online product that I purchased?
All AHIMA online courses have 1 year of access from the date of purchase or from the date of purchase redemption. Once that period expires you will no longer have access to your purchase. Please make sure you complete your activities before the expiration date, otherwise, you won't be able to claim any CEUs.
All AHIMA online courses are eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days after the date of purchase.
Returned online education products are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds are not issued for any product after 30 days from the purchase date or if the customer has claimed CEU credit from the product. Customers who have canceled their purchase will be unenrolled from the product and will not have access to any of the content or related user data. Cancelled courses will not appear on the learner’s education history. CEUs will not be awarded or retained for canceled products.
