Ricky Waldron works as an Epic Support Analyst at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in North Carolina. In his role, he supports, trains, and manages Epic systems to ensure they run as efficiently as possible. He recently graduated with his master’s degree in health informatics from Southern Illinois University, and is also proud to serve on the AHIMA Membership Advisory Committee.
