Biography

Darris Mishler is a healthcare technology and health information leader specializing in interoperability, data governance, and digital health strategy. He currently provides consulting services focused on EHR interoperability, data exchange and conversion, information governance, and technical operations supporting independent practices.

Darris also serves as Chairperson of Reliance eHealth Collaborative, Oregon’s statewide health information exchange, where he works with healthcare organizations, policymakers, and technology leaders to advance trusted health data exchange and improve patient outcomes. He has participated in national health information advocacy efforts, including AHIMA Hill Day, and is passionate about advancing interoperability, patient safety, and the ethical stewardship of health information.

With experience spanning healthcare operations, governance, and emerging technologies, Darris is committed to helping the health information profession lead through the ongoing transformation of healthcare.
