Connie Renda, MA, RHIA, CHDA

Connie Renda, MA, RHIA, CHDA, has been in the health information industry (HI) for 25+ years. She’s the program director and professor of HI technology and management programs at Mesa College. Connie’s also the vice president of industry advocacy and business development for Verisma – connecting HI and revenue cycle industries. She’s a member of AHIMA, and past president of the California Health Information Association (CHIA). Connie has a bachelor’s from Santa Clara University in psychology, a master’s from SDSU in psychology and statistics, and a master’s from the College of St. Scholastica in HIM and healthcare informatics.
