Mandalynn Marcus, MHI, BSHS, RHIA, CAPM, CMAS, LSSYBC, AHI, IQCI

Mandalynn Marcus is the Program Director for the CAHIIM-accredited Health Information Management program at Central Oregon Community College. She brings more than twenty years of experience in health information management, patient access, utilization management, workflow development, and enterprise-level EHR implementation. Her background includes serving as a super user and trainer for multiple system-wide EHR launches and leading initiatives focused on data integrity, operational efficiency, and policy and procedure development.

She has held leadership roles within the Oregon Health Information Management Association, including Past-President and House Delegate, and continues to contribute to statewide education and workforce development initiatives.

As a member of the AHIMA Council for Excellence in Education, Mandalynn is committed to supporting academic innovation, strengthening competency-based HIM curriculum pathways, and advancing the preparation of future professionals to meet the evolving demands of the digital health environment.
