She currently serves as Senior Coding and Auditing Manager at North Florida Surgeons, where she leads coding integrity initiatives, audit programs, and regulatory compliance efforts to support accurate reimbursement and operational efficiency.
Crisi brings deep expertise in medical coding systems, documentation standards, and revenue cycle optimization. Her career reflects a strong commitment to accuracy, process improvement, and team development, including leading coding operations, designing audit methodologies, and ensuring alignment with federal regulations and payer requirements.
