Biography

Sue Clarke-Kendrick, MHA, RHIA, FAHIMA is the VP of Network Revenue Integrity for WMCHealth in NY. In her current position, Sue is responsible for overseeing Network CDM maintenance, charge capture processes, system standardization and revenue cycle audit processes to promote efficiency and revenue optimization. She is the curriculum chair of the health information technology program at WCC, where she designed three educational programs that are part of the college’s curriculum. She is also the former president of the New York Health Information Management Association and the Tappan Zee Health Information Management Association. She is also the recipient of the 2018 AHIMA Leadership Triumph Award.

I am a committed and driven Health Information Administrator and an educator with 20+ years of leadership experience within the field of Health Information. I strive for excellence, welcome change and am a true transformational leader. I believe my professional and educational background, willingness to make a difference, support and dedication to AHIMA/NYHIMA/TZHIMA over the years, serving as a volunteer board member in various roles, are all true testaments of my commitment to our profession and organization. For the growth of our profession, my commitment to you is to align professional development with educational programs; For leadership, my commitment to you is to be forward thinking through assessing industry changes and making the necessary changes; For supporting our strategic plan, my commitment to you, is to assure change transformation through focusing on alignment with AHIMA outcomes.
