Dr. Cesar M. Limjoco is the chief medical officer of T-Medicus LLC. For more than 30 years, Dr. Limjoco has delivered clinical documentation integrity services to hospitals across the country. His career path has brought him to work for a regional hospital association, one of the “Big Four” consulting firms, and a quality improvement organization. He is a prolific author on clinical documentation and coding, and he has presented at the AHIMA national conference, ACDIS national conferences, and various state and local HFMA and HCCA conferences. Dr. Limjoco has also been a guest speaker in national webinars and podcasts, an editorial board member for ICD10monitor, a charter member of the ACDIS Regulatory Committee, and Advisor to the AHIMA Board of Directors.
