Lynn Kuehn is a healthcare consultant with over 25 years of experience in professional fee coding and reimbursement systems, data quality, operational assessment, and management of both independent and hospital-based clinic practices.

Ms. Kuehn has authored numerous publications for AHIMA, including Procedural Coding and Reimbursement for Physician Services (now in its ninth edition), Effective Management of Coding Services, and the CCS-P Exam Preparation Guide. Her newest publication, A Practical Approach to Analyzing Healthcare Data, will be available from AHIMA in April.

In her volunteer role with AHIMA, she has served as a member and chair of various national committees, and as a member of the AHIMA Board of Directors and the AHIMA Foundation’s Board of Directors for 2008 through 2010. Ms. Kuehn holds an MS degree in Health Services and a BS degree in Health Information Administration.
