  • How acute and chronic anxiety impact functioning
  • Defining self — the key to Systems-based Leadership™
  • Systems thinking — understanding system dynamics by observing triangles

Day Two

VII. Individual coaching sessions at two- to three-week intervals
  • You will schedule three 30-minute telephone meetings with your assigned leadership coach. The coaching sessions will provide the opportunity to process experiences applying principles of Systems-based Leadership and Change Management™ to achieve your leadership goals in your own work environment.
