Bookstore returns authorizations and billing questions |
Returns on bookstore purchases of regular AHIMA books must be received in resalable condition, not visibly damaged or with portions missing. We cannot accept returns on out-of-print or discontinued products; we require that bookstores make a request for return authorization by fax at (312) 233-1500, or by telephone at (800) 335-5535, before shipping any returns. The packing slip must also be enclosed with the return.
No credit will be given for unauthorized returns.
