AHIMA GIVES HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS CHECKLIST FOR PURCHASING ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SYSTEMS (EHRs)

Chicago , June 2007 -- For healthcare organizations, a properly planned Request for Proposals (RFP) is critical to selecting bidders for electronic health records (EHR) system. Developing clear, concise RFPs, saves time, resources, money, and articulates the needs of end users, ensuring an appropriate software application is purchased.
