Workflow Analysis is cited as a critical need for implementing electronic health records and other information systems in healthcare for which adequate resources are often not available.  This workshop will provide attendees with much needed information regarding the analysis, techniques and tools that will equip attendees from any healthcare setting to improve the workflow processes in their organizations.  Developing process frames, identifying the as-is (current) state, constructing to-be (future) state and developing use cases will be explored as useful techniques to respond to the changes occurring in healthcare organizations today.
