Registration Fees

In appreciation, please note that registration is complimentary for Community Education Coordinator Session, Summer Team Talks, Leadership Conference and the Coding Roundtable Summit. However, there will be a $150 fee for the third leader attending from a state for the Leadership Conference only. Please note the registration fees are waived for two participants per component state association or AHIMA volunteer group (Chair and Chair-elect).  Non-member fees are listed on the registration form. Continuing education credits will be awarded for participation in either event.

Pre-registration for this meeting is no longer available. However, we will be accepting registrations onsite at the Wyndham hotel.

Register for the Community Education Conference, Summer team Talks, the Leadership Conference and the Coding Roundtable Summit by simply clicking on the registration link below to complete the online form. You can register for one or all of the programs at the same time.

Registrations must be received by one week before the start of the meeting in order to ensure your meeting materials and badge. You will receive confirmation of your registration via Email upon completing the online registration process.

Hotel rooms fill up quickly for this program so book your rooms now. Click on the Hotel & Transportation link at the top of the page for instructions on how to make your hotel and travel reservations. For additional assistance, please contact Dori Cohen at dori.cohen@ahima.org. If you should need to cancel your hotel reservation, you will need to contact the hotel directly.
