This full day program (8:30am - 5:00pm) introduces terms and concepts for Project Management, so there is a sound understanding of how projects are managed.

Anyone in a healthcare leadership position, Project managers, members of the project management office, and anyone involved in project delivery who wants to understand how to apply the project management process, including functional managers, senior management, and project team members.
