Register for the Las Vegas Winter Teams Talks, the Washington, DC Winter Team Talks and Hill Day here. Simply click on the registration link below to complete the following on-line form for each attendee, indicating the location(s) you will be attending.

Registrations must be received by one week before the start of the meeting in order to ensure your meeting materials and badge. You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-Mail.

If necessary, make your hotel reservations using the referenced Hotel/Shuttle/Transportation Services sheet located in the State Leader and HOD CoP under the “Community Resources” section – category “Winter Team Talks - 2008.” The reference sheet has the hotel information, cut-off dates, room rates and transportation services provided to and from the major airports. The hotel will send a confirmation directly to you. The meeting agenda will be posted to the State Leader and HOD CoP in the “Community Resources” section, category – “Winter Team Talks – 2008” by late February, 2008. If you should need to cancel contact the hotel directly. AHIMA is not responsible for hotel reservations.
