What types of issues do HIM professionals working in physician practice settings today have to deal with?  It is clear that physician practices face challenges and issues unique only to physician practice.  The healthcare industry is moving towards value based purchasing and the key to proving that value is through thorough documentation and consistent, defensible information management practices.  This one day seminar will offer discussion on topics that are critical specifically to physician practice for the management, reporting and appropriate use of patient information while also taking into account specific issues related to electronic records.
