AHIMA E-Alert*
Advantage E-Alerts are weekly e-mail newsletters that deliver brief news summaries on important industry, AHIMA, and government news. The focus is on news members can use and apply immediately to their job. E-Alert is currently delivered to 42,000 members with e-mail addresses, and the number increases each week. A single sponsorship is available for each issue of E-Alert. The sponsor is acknowledged with a statement and link at the top of each issue. Sponsorship fee levels are:

AHIMA Resources
AHIMA Resources is a monthly e-mail newsletter that delivers brief, timely articles and links on current topics in health information management, as well as updates on information and education resources from AHIMA. The most recent issue of AHIMA Resources was distributed to more than 117,000 senior managers in healthcare, 46.000 AHIMA members and 71,000 non-member subscribers. Approximately 40% are senior executives or directors, 25% managers or supervisors, 15% consultants and the remainder in various other health information management related positions, including coding and transcription. A single, exclusive sponsorship is available for each issue of AHIMA Resources. Sponsorship fee levels are:

$9,300 for 12 issues ($775/issue)
$4,800 for 8 issues ($800/issue)
$2,475 for 3 issues ($825/issue)
$1,700 for 2 issues ($850/issue)
$900 for a single issue

AHIMA Advantage
AHIMA Advantage is AHIMA's member newsletter, published 8 times per year and delivered to more than 50,000. Each issue delivers the latest information on AHIMA news, specialized Communities of Practice, industry trends and salary and profile statistics, and information targeted toward HIM career advancement. 94 percent of members surveyed read Advantage regularly, and consider it one of the most important benefits of membership in AHIMA. As the sole sponsor of one or more issues of AHIMA Advantage you have a unique opportunity to reach members in a vehicle free of other vendor advertising. Your message is showcased with a full page two color ad on the inside front cover and a sponsor acknowledgement with your logo on the table of contents page of each sponsored issue. Sample sponsorship fee levels are:

Health Information and Technology Week                                                    Sponsorship:       $10,000

Celebrated November 2-8, 2008, this week highlights the impact our member make on safe and effective health through health information management.  AHIMA provides members with promotional materials related to the week’s theme, as well as educational fact sheets and tools for promoting the contributions of HIM.  A special insert to AHIMA Advantage including educational materials and articles and a catalog of HI&T week promotional tools is available for sponsorship.

National Health Information Privacy & Security Week                                 Sponsorship:       $10,000

The second Privacy & Security Week will be held April 13-19, 2008.  This week is designed to raise awareness among healthcare professionals, their employers and the public of the importance of protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal health information.    A special insert to AHIMA Advantage is available for sponsorship.                        

AHIMA Convention Email Blast                                          Sponsorship:       $1,500 per blast/six available

These email blasts are sent six times in the weeks prior to the AHIMA Convention, each one promoting a different convention event or activity to more than 120,000 mail recipients.  As sponsor, you receive logo recognition, a 50 word text section, and a live link to your Web site.
