Memorial and Honorary Gifts

The Foundation is pleased to accept contributions in memory or in honor of colleagues, family, and friends. These contributions are a thoughtful way to remember or recognize members while supporting the FORE Merit Scholarship Program; the program awarded 95 scholarships in 2007.

All gifts made in memory or in honor are listed in the appropriate sections on this Web site. To make a donation, use our online form or mail your contribution along with a printed form to:

FORE Shooting Stars  

If you are making a gift in honor of a friend or colleague in HIM, a mentor, a co-worker, or a classmate-- then don't forget to request your FORE Shooting Star pin when you make your gift! The gold lapel pin is for you to present to your honoree in recognition of all they contribute to the HIM profession. Each Shooting Star Pin is $25 and the pins can be mailed directly to you to present to your honoree or (at your request) FORE can mail it to the individual on your behalf.
