Donate an Item to the Not-So-Silent Auction

Donating to the Not-So-Silent Auction is easy! Print out the appropriate form and fax it back to (312) 233-1468,  no cover sheet necessary. Once your donor form is received, your spot will be reserved in the Auction- respond now because space is limited.

For your donation of an item to the Auction you will receive:      

• Recognition in on-site promotion of the Auction
• Listing as an Auction donor in FORE’s Annual Report
• Listing on AHIMA’s Convention Web site and on the FORE website
• Acknowledgement on the donated item's bid sheet(s)

Item's with a retail value of $300 or more will receive the above recognition, plus the following:

• A link to your company's website from the auction listing on the FORE website
• Your organization's logo on the donated item's bid sheet
• Your booth number on the donated item's bid sheet
