Jenna is the Corporate Director of HIM for Health Management Associates, Inc. (HMA).  She is responsible for the oversight of the HIM departments for 56 hospitals in 15 states and provides guidance to establish best practices for HIM policies and procedures within the hospital system.  Jenna has extensive experience with the implementation of physician coding documentation programs designed to improve quality of care and appropriate reimbursement.

Jenna has over 10 years experience in the health information management profession.  Prior to her appointment as Corporate HIM Director for HMA, Jenna was the Director of HIM for an acute care hospital in Midwest City, OK. 

Jenna is a Registered Health Information Administrator and a member of:
