Leigh Ann Lauth O’Neill, Esq. |
Leigh Ann Lauth O’Neill graduated from the Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis, where she completed the Health Law Concentration. Mrs. O’Neill focuses her practice in the area of healthcare, with specific emphasis on healthcare regulatory compliance, contracting, and reimbursement issues. She published "The Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005: An Invitation for Sham Peer Review in the healthcare Setting" in the Indiana Health Law Review.
She served on the board of directors at the Indianapolis Bar Association—Health Law Section, and as an executive board, attorney member of the Indianapolis Bar Association—Law Student Division. She is a member of the American Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association, and served as president of the Health Law Society from 2005 to 2006.
