Bernadette M. Broccolo has counseled health industry organizations for 29 years. She currently serves as chair of the Life Sciences Division of her firm’s Health Law Department and as co-chair of the Personalized Medicine Team.
Bernadette advises clients on leading-edge health industry relationship formation and realignments (for example, joint ventures, governance restructurings, and relationships between institutional providers and physicians); health information technology acquisitions; electronic health information networks; electronic data warehouses and tissue repositories to support translational research and personalized medicine; and overall corporate compliance programs.
Bernadette is a frequent speaker and author on topics in her areas of practice. She is co-author of Tax-Exempt Status of Health Care Organizations, which is part of BNA’s Health Law & Business Series. She also serves in leadership positions for organizations serving the health industry and the legal profession.
