Convention Sponsorship

Marketing Opportunities

As an AHIMA exhibitor, there are many low-cost, high-yield opportunities available to you to maximize your exposure during the convention including the Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt, Booth Number Decals, and Pre-Registered Attendee List. A marketing opportunities order form will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual on May 1st.  

Exhibitor Invites

Exhibitor Invites is a FREE customized email marketing tool for you to use to invite your prospects and clients to visit your booth at the AHIMA Convention and Exhibit.  You get up to 3 AHIMA branded emails that you can customize with your own copy and logo, and send to your own lists for FREE! Your lists are completely secure with Exhibitor Invites -- none of your lists will be rented, sold or used for any other purpose.

Advertising Opportunities

We offer a variety of advertising opportunities through Network Media Partners. These opportunities include the convention newspaper, AHIMA Today, the on-site convention program, and the Journal of AHIMA. Product World

Product World will be held on Sunday, September 30, at McCormick Place and consists of minimum hour-long sessions from 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.  Registered 2012 exhibitors and sponsors may sign up for sessions at $250/hour and use that time to demonstrate their product and answer questions from our attendees outside of the exhibit hall.  Space is limited to 15 presentations and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A product world order form will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual on May 1st. 

Customer Appreciation Evening/Meeting Room Space

Meeting rooms are available for registered 2012 exhibitors from September 29 - October 4 at the McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency. Rooms can be reserved for staff meetings and/or for Customer Appreciation events on Monday, October 1st.  Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A meeting room request form will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual on May 1st. 

Media Center

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits for Convention Press Room distribution. We suggest you supply the Press Room with up to 20 press kits and strongly encourage the use of CD-Rom or jump drives. Please deliver press kits to the Press Room during normal Press Room hours.

The advance press list will automatically be sent to registered exhibitors 10 days prior to the start of the meeting. Please do not call to request an updated listing; you will only receive the list once.
