Diane Sandvick, CCS-P, CPC  is the physician coding auditor and educator for Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics in Arlington, WA. She consults on physician documentation and is a former medical billing instructor at Eton Technical Institute.  Diane has held a variety of positions in both multi-specialty and family practice clinical settings since 1993.She volunteers with WSHIMA on  the  Data Quality Committee,  as co-chair for the past 2 years, and has been an active member of SHIMA and AAPC. Diane has presented on coding topics at  numerous workshops.
