Ms. Mykland has over 15 years of healthcare experience and has worked in both finance and the revenue cycle. In her current role, she oversees the management of charge capture and charge master, including implementation of a strategic pricing methodology. She supervises a team that collects payer underpayments of more than $8 million annually. Jenn is responsible for a system-wide inpatient physician documentation improvement program. She also oversees the program for Revenue Cycle education.
