Mr. Majchrzak is board-certified in both nuclear medicine and radiologic technology. In addition, he has professional affiliations with the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM), the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). During the past 15 years, Mr. Majchrzak has contributed in the consulting, publishing and seminar divisions at MedLearn.

In his role as consultant, he conducts CPT coding assessments for both hospitals and physicians, evaluates administrative policies and procedures, and helps develop quality assurance programs to ensure complete and compliant coding and billing. He trains both radiology and cardiology staff (on both technical and professional billing issues) in correct coding practices, and presents both audio and “live” seminars on issues affecting radiology and cardiovascular reimbursement, specifically nuclear medicine, diagnostic and interventional vascular coding. More than 300 hospitals and radiology practices nationwide have benefited from Jeff’s more than 20 years of experience in radiology, nuclear medicine and administration.

Mr. Majchrzak has been a technical editor for several publications and assisted in the initial development of Radiology Chargemaster & Reimbursement Guide and the MedLearn specific Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) publications. He frequently contributes to the Radiology Compliance Manager and Reimbursement Management Update newsletters.
