The 2009 LTC HIT Summit is the leading conference on critical health IT and EHR initiatives for the post-acute and LTC industry. This year’s summit takes an important step by showcasing HIT standards in action through a variety of interoperability demonstrations. The Summit provides a thought-provoking, cutting-edge mix of strategies, updates on current industry initiatives, research, HIT education, and technology vendor interaction. If you work in post-acute and long-term care, this is the premier Health IT conference to attend.

Invitation to Submit Case Studies
Summit co-sponsors, strategic partners, attendees and vendors are invited to submit case studies related to successful HIT implementation in LTC. Case studies may, but are not required to, address one or more summit sessions and areas of interest: business case/funding, quality initiatives, research and benchmarking, standards, medication safety and e-prescribing, chronic care/wellness management, and emerging issues. Submissions were due by May 1, 2009, to nrobinson@amda.com.
