Exhibitors may enter the Exhibit Hall through the entrance of building A of the Georgia World Congress hall staff badge to security to access the hall. Exhibitor hall staff badges may be picked up at registration. Registration will be in the Hall A Registration Lobby, Level 4, near the shuttle drop off.

Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit has all of the information you will need to execute a successful booth at AHIMA 2013 including forms to order furniture, carpet, electric, internet and register for the various promotional opportunities available to exhibitors.

Exhibit Staff Registration
AHIMA requires all exhibiting booth personnel to display a registered name badge to gain entrance to the Exhibit Hall. Registered exhibitors are allotted five badges per 10 x 10 space. (For example, a 10 x 20 booth is allotted 10 badges and so on.) Each badge will allow access to the exhibit hall during installation and dismantle, as well as 2 hours before exhibit hall opening (unless you have designated 24-hour access during exhibitor registration). If you need more than the allotted number of badges, or if you need guest badges, you can order them for a charge of $50 per badge via the online exhibitor registration website or onsite at exhibitor registration.
In early June, your registration ID and password will be sent to you. To register for badges, click here: and enter your registration ID and password.
Once you have registered online, your badges and badge holders will be available for pick up at exhibitor registration. Exhibitor registration will be located on Level 4 in the registration lobby.
Companies with an outside contractor requiring access to the exhibit hall to setup and dismantle booths must register their Exhibitor Appointed Contractors with AHIMA. See the Exhibitor Service Kit for more information.
Exhibitor Lounge
Visit the Exhibitor Lounge, sponsored by Freeman, in Hall A of the Georgia World Congress Center. The lounge is a draped off area located near the Exhibitor Service Desk at the back of Hall A1. You can use the lounge to take a break and relax, grab some coffee or water, check email and print your boarding pass. Special thank you to Freeman for sponsoring the exhibitor lounge!
Housing
AHIMA's housing bureau, Wyndham Jade, has secured discounted room blocks for exhibitors. The Convention headquarter hotel is the Omni Hotel. Reserve your rooms now to obtain your preferred hotel property http://www.wynjade.com/ahima13/exhibitors/ Priority Points will be awarded to those companies who reserve their rooms through the AHIMA housing bureau based on actual total room pickup, post convention.
Please note that Wyndham Jade is the ONLY OFFICIAL housing vendor for AHIMA. Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims!

Meeting Room Rental/Function Space
Meeting rooms and function space are available for registered 2013 exhibitors only from October 26 - 30 hotel and the Georgia World Congress Center. All space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is not guaranteed. Fees do not include charges for additional services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, or lock changes.
