Airline Transportation
You will be flying into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel management company for the 2008 Convention & Exhibit. ATC is available for reservations from 9:00 am until 7:30 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Some restrictions may apply. Service fees apply.
ATC offers these cost saving options:
- Up to 15 percent off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15 percent discount. (United) 5 percent off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting. (American Airlines).
- ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline.

You get direct access to ATC online booking tools and live agents for discounted meeting travel. Simply log on to www.atcmeetings.com and click on “Meetings to Air - Meetings and Leisure (TravelASP).” When you register using the online booking tool please enter AHIMA in the Company or Organization or Association field. United is offering special meeting discounts for AHIMA attendees. Call their Special Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 510CK to receive a 2 – 10% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights (UA*) operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. There are no fees for meeting attendees that call and confirm with the Special Meeting.

Shuttle and Taxi Service
Airport shuttle service is available through Grey Line of Seattle. The Downtown Airporter is the least expensive transportation between most of the downtown Seattle hotels and the Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport leaving every 30 minutes between 5:30am and 11:00pm. To receive a 10% discount, you will have to book your reservations online at http://www.graylineofseattle.com. Enter AHIMA in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen as the group code. Click “BOOK ONLINE” in the center of the screen to access the discounted rates. This discount will only apply to online reservations and you must be connected to a printer at the time of booking.
