Pre-Registration for this meeting will end at 8:00am CST on Monday, October 1, 2007. If you wish to register for this meeting after that date, please do so at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on October 6-11 .

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the convention, you may provide a substitute or cancel your reservation.  In either case, please notify AHIMA in writing as soon as possible.  A $75 processing fee will be assessed prior to September 7th.  After that date, the full registration fee will be forfeited unless cancellation is due to an emergency.  In an emergency, please fax AHIMA's Meetings Registrar at (312) 233-1500 with an explanation for your cancellation.  Students may provide a substitute or forfeit their registration fee.

AHIMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a conference due to unanticipated circumstances. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be contacted and the full registration fee will be refunded. AHIMA and ATC are not responsible for any travel arrangement cancellation charges incurred by event cancellations.
