Scheduling the Exam
Authorization To Test (ATT)
After submitting all required portions of the application and the appropriate fee, Prometric will send you an Authorization To Test (ATT) letter. The ATT will contain your four (4) month eligibility period in which you must schedule and sit for the examination. If you would like to schedule your testing appointment online, please visit http://www.prometric.com. You may also schedule by calling the Prometric toll free number, (800) 853-6769. Be prepared to provide the unique identification number on your ATT. After scheduling an appointment, you will be given a date, time and a confirmation number. Please note this information as an admission ticket will not be mailed to you. Directions to the testing centers are available online at http://www.prometric.com.
Scheduling your Appointment
Individuals are scheduled for examination appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. It is ill advised to delay scheduling appointments. Candidates that do not reserve their seats within their eligibility period will forfeit their testing fee. Appointments may be scheduled a minimum of three days in advance and eligibility extensions are not granted. If you choose to reapply at a later date, you must submit another application and the appropriate fee. You will only be allowed to take the examination for which you were deemed eligible; no changes in examination type may be made at the testing center. Unscheduled candidates (walk-ins) will not be admitted to the testing center.
Testing Centers
Testing centers are located in all states and major metropolitan areas. A complete listing of Testing Centers, including addresses and driving directions, may be found on Prometric ’s Web site www.prometric.com.
