CHDA Beta Candidates: Information on Retesting

Candidates who tested during the beta period (December 10, 2008 through January 31, 2009) are eligible to retake the examination one time, free of charge. In order to retest, beta candidates must reapply for the examination by filling out the CHDA retest form.
