The Virtual Lab staff will be holding training presentations in conjunction with the AOE Symposium in Louisville, Kentucky. Five half-day sessions will be held on the mornings and afternoons of July 12th and July 13th and the afternoon of Wednesday, July 16th at neighboring Jefferson Community College.

 

NOTE: Lunch is not planned for attendees staying for both morning and afternoon sessions. Please plan accordingly. Beverages will be available.

 

Transportation from the Marriott Downtown Louisville to Jefferson Community College will be pre-arranged at a charge of $20 per person.

Overview of the Virtual Lab
– includes demonstration of all current applications available in the Virtual Lab as well as hands-on practice in selected systems.

Session IB:
Deficiency Management Tools in the VLab – Focus on Domain I: Health Data Management through a demo of deficiency management functions in current VLab applications.

Issues in Health Data Management

Focus on Domain IV: IT and Systems, through review of clinical data collection and presentation including workflows, forms design, data types, etc.
